Hey girls!Okay, as many (if not all) of you know, I'm going to be trying out for the production of High School Musical at Pensacola Little Theatre! And guess what...the audition is this upcoming Monday, May 18! EEK!!! I am so excited, and hope to portray the role of either Sharpay or Gabriella (mostly Sharpay, lol!).
The song that I am assigned to sing is When There Was Me and You, Gabriella's solo. Each character has an assigned song to sing, and those who wish to go for Sharpay AND Gabriella must sing that since it shows your singing range very well.
I just recently had my first music lesson with a wonderful lady named Mrs. Kayla Dowling. She is fantastic! She is the pianaist for the Coastal Choral. We hope to continue throughtout the summer if I get a part. See, if I'm in the play, it'll be a busy schedule...so we hope to make room for lessons! If it's meant to be, God will show us the way. :)
