Hey everyone! My audition yesterday went absolutely wonderful! We only had to do singing and dancing...acting/reading is required for callbacks. As far as singing goes, I was the first one to go up without bringing the music sheet with me! I made eye contact with the director and the other members of the main crew, and they smiled at me. I also did hand motions to give the song feeling. It went grrreat!
As for the dancing...oh my gosh. You had to learn this routine that took about a minute (that is consisited of some difficult moves, I may add) in TEN MINS! then come back down a perform it. I kept praying that I'd get it down and told myself to not stress and just go with it. And guess what? IT WENT FANTASTIC! I got everything down and proved to them that I can sing AND dance. All thanks to God, who was by my side the whole night. :) Pray that I get a callback or maybe even immediately casted!
